3. Account Registration and Verification

Each user may hold only one registered account on kkfd. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may lead to the permanent suspension of all accounts held by the same individual and forfeiture of any associated balances or winnings.

KYC Verification

kkfd may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage of your membership. This may include a government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

Account Security Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All monetary amounts on kkfd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of trusted payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. All transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits which are displayed at the point of transaction.

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa and Mastercard.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your name and has been previously verified. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen and may take between 1 and 5 business days. kkfd is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider.
• kkfd reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kkfd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements and promotional terms published alongside the individual offer. The general principles that apply to all bonus offers are outlined below.

Bonuses are issued to a single account per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, or disrupting the service in any way, constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

kkfd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users. Upon account closure, any remaining eligible balance may be returned to the player following a completed verification process, provided that no outstanding violations or disputes are present.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law.
